XIII.54. Consideration to award contract FY20-084 to Up Art Studio, Houston, TX, to provide consulting services for the Public Art Master Plan for an amount not to exceed $60,000.00. The goal of the plan is to develop a public arts program within the City of Laredo that includes the setting of priorities for each City Council District. The term of this contract shall be for a period of 240 calendar days (8 months) beginning as of the date of its execution. Funding is available in the 2019 CO Bond.
XIII.47. Consideration to award contract FY21-013 for vehicle repair services for small and medium vehicles for the City’s Fleet Department to the following bidders:
XIV.61. Discussion with possible action on ongoing audits and/or irregularities identified by the Internal Auditor including the potential assignment of other and/or additional auditing duties; and any other matters incident thereto.
XIV.65. Status update on the $1.7 million of CARES Act funding used to provide temporary economic relief through a LiftFund partnership, for local small businesses that have been impacted due to the public health emergency.
XVI. RECESS AS THE LAREDO CITY COUNCIL AND CONVENE AS THE LAREDO MASS TRANSIT BOARD
XVII.68.I.1. Discussion with possible action on the creation of "dump" or "depository" stations of bulky items throughout the city. These stations are to receive mattresses, tires, furniture and bulky items for disposal; any and other matters incident thereto.
XVII.68.B.2. Discussion with possible action to instruct City Manager to authorize staff to install speed humps at the following locations under the Special Provision of the speed hump installation policy and to authorize the use of asphalt type speed humps instead of speed cushions which is currently required under the policy and any other matters incident thereto. City Council District IV Priority Funds will be used for this project.
XVII.68.H.1. Discussion with possible action to direct all committee members that serve in a City of Laredo committee to take a training on Robert's Rules of Order; and any other matters incident thereto.
XVII.68.D.1. Discussion and possible action on amending the Land Development Code Section 24.83.9 to provide that money in lieu of trees will satisfy 50% of the total planting requirement and to provide that funds received may be used for tree or landscaping in or near parks; and any other matters incident thereto.

Discussion with possible action on amending Chapter 19, Article XII (Transit System) of the Code of Ordinances by setting the minimum number of members required for a quorum in an amount that will allow the Paratransit Advisory Committee to conduct its business; and any other matters incident thereto.
