V.1. Discussion with possible action on taking the following actions necessary to further protect the public from the spread and effects of the Covid-19 virus: directing the City Manager to consider requiring additional city staff to work from home to the extent possible; requiring every person to wear a double face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a public building, or when in an outdoor public space; allocating funds to the local food banks and food shelters; and for the passage of a Resolution calling on every other local government entity and business to adopt the same safety measures set forth by the City of Laredo for the protection of the health of all our residents; and any other matter directly incident thereto.
