Recognizing three (3) outstanding City of Laredo employees to be named as the City's Employees of the Quarter for the 1st Quarter of 2021, one whose work is mostly conducted indoors, one whose work is mostly conducted outdoors, and one from the Police or Fire Department who is subject to Collective Bargaining in accordance with Ordinance No. 2021-0-014 which establishes the City of Laredo Employee of the Quarter Program.

XII. CONSENT AGENDA
XII.22. Discussion with possible action regarding the proposed mock election to be held May 8, 2021 by the Elections Administration Office and the requested use of City of Laredo facilities. The intent is to introduce the new voting machines to the community.
XII.23. Authorizing the City Manager to amend the Emergency Solution Grant CARES Act (ESG-CV) contract with Holding Institute by increasing the initial amount awarded of $382,560.00 by an additional $265,000.00 in funding for a total amount of $647,560.00. The additional awarded funds will be utilized to cover expenses related to maintenance, rent, security, furniture, supplies, food, and the hiring of additional staff for the operations of a temporary emergency shelter. These available ESG funds are from the second allocation of ESG-CV2 funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), Public Law 116-136.

XV.41. Consideration to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract in an amount not to exceed $103,727.50 with Sepulveda Associates Architects, Inc. of Laredo, Texas, for upgrades to the El Metro CNG Fueling Station, located at 401 Scott Street. This contract is for review of existing plans and specifications, as well as bid and construction services. Funding is available under FTA Grant No. TX TX-04-0055-00.
