XV.68. Consideration to renew and exercise one of the two (2) five-year renewal of the CNG Facilities Maintenance Agreement signed and executed on November 10, 2011, between the City of Laredo, ("Laredo"), and Clean Energy, a California Corporation ("Clean Energy"). The City of Laredo p resently own the stations located at 401 Scott St., ("the Scott Facility") and at 5710 Daugherty, Laredo, Texas.

XV.69. Consideration to renew and exercise the contract RFP FY17-053 to Laredo Occupational Center, L. L.C. for one (1) and last additional year not to exceed $31,250.00. Funding is available in the El Metro Operations Fund.
