Discussion with possible action on instructing the Interim City Manager to provide a status report on all Capital Improvement Projects adopted by the City Council during last year's budget workshop, to include the reason for any delays in the completion of said projects, and to explain the reason for not complying with Ordinance 2019-0-026 which required the City Manager to provide a monthly report on the status and expenditures of all council projects, and any other matters incident thereto.

XII. CONSENT AGENDA
63. Consideration to award renew parts/service contract FY21-050 with Bone's Custom Cycles, Laredo, Texas in an amount up to $50,000.00 for the purchase of motorcycle Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts/services for the City's Police motorcycles. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. The contract may be extended for two (2), additional one (1) year periods each upon mutual agreement of the parties. All parts and services will be purchased on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Fleet Maintenance Fund.
