61.B.1. Discussion with possible action on reminding City Employees about Sections 276.001 and 276.004 of the Texas Elections Code which state that employees who have not voted in early voting are entitled to take paid time off for voting on Election Day, unless the employee has at least two consecutive hours to vote outside of the voter's working hours; and any matter incident thereto.

XII.45. Dynamic and Sustainable Consideration to select and negotiate on a rotation basis with a consultant the engineering and design of water and sanitary sewer replacement projects as needed based on the eleven ( 1 1) consultants that submitted statements of qual ifications. They include the following: Howland Engineeri ng and Surveying; Parra & Company; Valdez Engineering; Binkley & Barfield; Premier Engineering & Surveying; Crane Engineering ; TopSite Civil Group; KCI Technologies, Inc.; Porras Nance Engineering; Ardurra; and Arredondo, Zepeda & Bru na, LLC. The best fit team for the project will be selected based on their qualifications and abil ity to preform the work and a contract will be negotiated for the developed scope of work. The firms are not listed in any particular order. There is no cost involved duri ng the interview, review and selection of the Request of Qualifications.
