VI.1. 2022-R-197 A Resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the election results in the General Election held on November 08, 2022 in the City of Laredo for the purpose of electing a Mayor, Council Members for Districts I, II, Ill and VI and a Municipal Court Judge.

VI.2. 2022-R-198 Ordering and proclaiming a General City Runoff Election to be held on Tuesday, Decemeber 13, 2022; designating polling places; providing for publication; and authorizing the Interim City Manager to enter into a contract with Webb County Elections Administrator for the purpose of conducting the election. (Part 1 of 2)

VI.3. Authorizing Interim City Manager to approve the purchase of two (2) pumps for the Jefferson Water Treatment Plant, and two (2) pumps and one ( 1) traveling screen for the El Pico Water Treatment Plant from Precision Pump Systems using the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing Contract# 672-22 for a total amount of $2,394,561.33. These pumps and traveling screen are needed to replace existing equipment and to provide redundancy. Funds are available in the American Rescue Act Plan and the Waterworks Construction.

VIII.A.1. Discussion with possible action on inviting the public to participate in the Wreaths Across America Campaign that will be held on December 17, 2022. Sponsorship for each wreath can be made at www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/TXLRDO ; and any matter incident thereto. (Co-Sponsored by Council Member Vanessa Perez and Council Member Alberto Torres Jr.)
