78. 2023-R-016 Authorizing the Interim City Manager to enter into and execute a memorandum of understanding between the City of Laredo Police Department (LPD) and the United States Border Patrol (USBP) for the purpose of addressing the issue of residential and commerical properties being utilized for illicit activity as part of the Taking Care of Business Initiative.
101. Authorizing the Interim City Manager to cancel the executed agreement with Juan Ramirez Investments, LLC for Las Fincas Subdivision Phase 3, authorized by City Council on April 19, 2022, providing for the reimbursement of part of the cost of construction of an off-site 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer collector line extension. The Juan Ramirez Investments, LLC is not moving forward with the development.
104. Discussion with possible action on ongoing audits and/or irregularities identified by the Internal Auditor including the potential assignment of other and/or additional auditing duties; and any other matters incident thereto.
105. Status report with possible action by the Utilities Department on the water, including but not limited to quality, infrastructure, level status, improvements, and any other matters incident thereto.

Discussion with possible action to host a Business Community Town Hall with developers, contractors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to solicit feed back on our processes, with the purpose of providing better customer service and making Laredo more business friendly; building, planning and zoning, util ities, economic development, and any other relevant department necessary for business owners to operate within the city will participate, and a survey to sol icit the best date, time, and location to host the meeting in February to be conducted, and any other matters i ncident thereto.
II.A.2. Discussion with possible action to further define Section 2.06 of the City Charter that speaks to inquiries from council, in an effort to increase transparency and implement protection for employees, and any other matters incident thereto.
