XI. CONSENT AGENDA
XI.37. Consideration to award contract FY24-057 to provide medium-size to heavy truck wash services to the sole bidder, RSH Wash Services, Laredo, Texas in an amount up to $60,000.00. The term of the contract shall be for period of one year as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. This contract can be renewed three additional one year periods upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
XI.38. Consideration to award contract FY24-061 to the bidder Arguindegui Oil, Laredo, Texas, in an annual amount up to $5,600,000.00 for the purchase of unleaded and diesel fuel for the City’s automotive fleet. Contract unit price will be determined by the daily published Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) index made up of the composite posted prices in the Laredo area. The term of this contract shall be for a period of two years beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. The contract may be extended for three more, additional one-year periods, each upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.

XIV.64.Authorizing the City Manager to accept and execute the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) FY2022 Section 5339 (c) Low or No Emission Grant Program in the amount of $8,761,630.00. Funding will be used to purchase fourteen (14) CNG buses. The required local match is for $1,331,245.00 and FTA share is for $7,430,385.00. Funding is available in the Transit Capital Grants Fund.
XV.67. Appointment of Officers for the positions of Executive Director, Secretary, and Treasurer for the Laredo Public Facility Corporation.
