Action and City of Laredo Utilities Department presentation items to include, but not limited to: i. request from utilities department for overview presentation of water conservation plan, including transition, implementation and enforcement ii. request for updates and possible funding sources associated to the City of Laredo’s secondary water source plans iii. update on regional plan for water management proposals to relevant federal and state agencies such as the Texas Water Development Board
