XIV.40)C.1.Discussion with possible action on Autism Coalition work within the BRC, status of the All Kinds of Minds Master Plan, and any other matters incident thereto.
I.A.1. Discussion with possible action to move forward with a design-build bidding process for trail enhancements to the Shiloh Hike and Bike Trails based on the Concept Plan and cost estimates delivered by Rock Solid Trails, LLC in December 2024. Funding will be made available with District 6 Priority Funds not to exceed $500,000 and District 8 Priority Funds not to exceed $270,000, and any other matters incident thereto, including the possibility of re-evaluating the use of the 2023 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) Grant for the Shiloh Hike and Bike Trails, pending TPWD approval.
I.A.2. Discussion with possible action regarding the City’s Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing (BPAT) testing requirement notice that has been sent out to residents recently and the potential confusion around the City’s introduction and communication of this policy, given the added financial burden on residents, and any matters incident thereto.
I.A.3. Discussion with possible action regarding the ongoing contractor work for companies laying fiber in the City of Laredo and the lack of respect for private property outside of the right of way, and any matters incident thereto.
