This recognition aims to highlight the contributions of women in a traditionally male-dominated field, acknowledge their daily efforts in providing essential services, and commend their role in keeping the City of Laredo clean, safe, and beautiful.

Discussion with possible action to create an advocacy position regarding the City of Laredo’s interests in the Amistad Dam and Amistad Reservoir as they pertain to overall City Water Security planning with the goal of integration into the City’s legislative agenda and shared with relevant Federal agencies, officials, and stakeholders, and any other matters incident thereto.
67. Discussion with possible action to approve a resolution by City Council to the EPA public comments portal in support of maintaining the Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) standard for ethylene oxide, and any other matters incident thereto.
68. Discussion with possible action regarding the City pursuing Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) practices in future budget cycles, and any other matters incident thereto.
69. Discussion with possible action to establish a CIP project for the development of a master plan for the Muller property, including eight acres designated for a police sector station with a training room, public walking trails, a food truck area with restrooms, and a regional public park space utilizing pending parkland fees from Green Ranch and future residential development, and any other matters incident thereto.
