Presentation and discussion regarding the City Manager's submission of the City of Laredo Proposed Fiscal Years 2027-2031 Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to City Council, pursuant to Article VI, Section 6.05 of the City Charter. This item is for presentation and discussion only. No action is requested to adopt the CIP, appropriate funding, authorize debt, or approve an individual capital project.
