RESOLUTIONS 1. 2014-R-67 Authorizing the City Manager to accept the contract amendment 1. 2014-R-67 Authorizing the City Manager to accept the contract amendment from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) in the amount of $548,968.00 for a total of $5,374,155.00 for the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program of the City of Laredo Health Department (CLHD) to continue to provide nutrition education and food supplemental services to high risk women and children for the term period through September 30, 2014. (Pending: Assistance to Webb County citizens contingent upon execution of contract with Webb County).
MOTIONS 2. Consideration to award a construction contract to the lowest bidder, Construction Rent-A-Fence, Inc., Thrall, Texas, in the base bid amount of $786,364.00 for the Laredo International Airport Perimeter Fence and Gate Replacement with a construction contract time of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all related contract documents contingent upon receipt and approval of insurance and bond documents. Completion date for the project is scheduled for December 2014. Funding is available in the Airport Construction Fund.
