Amending Chapter 19, Motor Vehicle and Traffic, Article VIII, Stopping, Standing or Parking, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Laredo: Specifically adding Section19-364 (17) which establishes the South side of the 2100 block of Ash Street, between Buena Vista Avenue and Bartlett Avenue., as a "No Parking Anytime/Tow Away" Zone; providing severability and for an effective date and publication. Designating as a one-way eastbound on the 2100 block of Ash Street, between Buena Vista Avenue and Bartlett Avenue; during the peak hours of 7:45 A.M. to 8:45 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday, during school days for J. Authorizing the City Manager to award a three (3) year Professional Service Contract to the best value applicant, BBVA Compass Bank, for depository banking services for fiscal years 2016 through 2018 at a net estimated cost of $191,409.00. The contract has an additional two (2) year extension option. (Approved by Operations Committee on July 28th, and the Finance Committee recommended the contract be awarded to Plains Capital Bank).
