Consideration to amend the Adopted State Legislative Agenda for the 85th Legislature for the State of Texas by including an additional item under the Transportation Section-Dedicated Aviation Sales Tax Revenue for Airport Development.
Consideration to authorize the purchase of forty (40) King Luminaries, Rippled, Type 3, 120 Volts, Federal Green in color, from Facility Solutions Group, San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $71,260.00 for the CBD Downtown LED Lighting Upgrade Project. Funding is available from the 2016 CO Issue.
Authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to purchase the "Surface Only" of the following three (3) lots located at 1602 Zaragoza St. legally described as all of Lot 6, Blk 161, WD, 1601 Grant St. legally described as Lot 5, Blk 161, WD and 1603 Grant St. - Lot 4, Blk 161, WD. These parcels are to be acquired in an amount not to exceed $900,000.00 plus closing costs as a voluntary transaction. The properties mentioned above will be utilized for parking improvements and other municipal purposes. Funding is available in the 2016 CO.
