IX.13. 2020-O-128 Authorizing the City Manager to amend lease and restaurant concession agreement between the City of Laredo, as LESSOR, and Carlos Bella D/B/A Villa Laredo Restaurant, LESSEE, approved by Ordinance No. 2017-O-062 dated May 1, 2017, by amending the lease to reduce the leased premises from approximately 1,116 square feet constituting of suite number 101 on the first floor of the airport passenger terminal to approximately 550 square feet of the second floor level of the passenger terminal building located at 5210 Bob Bullock Loop at the Laredo International Airport; amending the lease to require an investment minimum amount of $5,000.00 by Lessee to improve the leased bar area; waiving Villa Laredo's outstanding rent agreement and late fees balance as of September 2020 of $27,927.23. Lease term shall end on May 31, 2022. The monthly rent shall be $320.00 and will be adjusted annually according to changes in enplaned revenue passengers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in effect. Providing for an effective date.
