X.36. 2020-R-166 Authorizing the City Manager to accept a grant in the amount of $45,000.00 from the Office of the Governor (OOG), Public Safety Office, Criminal Justice Division (CJD) for the FY2021 First Responder Mental Health Program. The funding will be utilized to obtain a professional service contract for Clinical Advisory for Trauma and Work Related Counseling for the period of October 01, 2020 to September 30, 2021. The City of Laredo is responsible for a match of $12,828.75 for a total project budget of $57,828.75. Funding is available in the Special Police Fund.

Discussion with possible action on the passage of an ordinance that would prohibit multi-family or commercial customers from potentially violating state and federal laws by charging tenants a monthly storm water utility fee in an amount that exceeds their equitable portion of the actual costs of service charged by the City of Laredo; and any other matters incident thereto.
59.F.2. Discussion with possible action on amending Section 24.56 of the Laredo Land Development Code to allow expenditures from the Parkland Improvement Fund to be used for any purpose reasonably related to the use of the park; and any other matters incident thereto.
